You just youre going to be i just waited a little while and then in the chat. Just let the support team know like hey just explain the scenario like whether he was hacked or what i just mentioned like i did this. But you know im stuck.
Now. I cant activate my or turn on my ps4 could you please just deactivate all my playstation. 4.
Accounts. Theyll just ask for certain information. And most if not all of the time they will do it for you so.
The goal is to like basically get in line. With the live chat rep and then do it. Here.

The bbb basically the better business bureau takes all complaints seriously it doesnt matter how big or small. The corporation is they do take complaints against them. So you can actually just tell them.
Like hey listen i am over here. This is the business like sony entertainment. Or i think they changed their name or whatever.
The playstations is you write your complaint you write it up and then it does take some time for them to like kind of read through and respond. They will file the complaint with sony they will tell them like hey you guys should this this and that is the complaint. We got this was the user.
This is his or her information they will reach out to you and they will basically resolve the issue again because it looks bad on them. It actually does set a precedent for their company. It does make them look bad it does drop their standards.
So they do try to then take the complaints more seriously so again i know companies in general should be more customer oriented. But again theres certain issues in cases where they are not so this is an extremer method. But it works um whatever if you have one in your country.
It might be called something else i know if theres something else in the uk. Theres something else in like other parts of europe. So its completely up to you to like find that submit a complaint and again.
I dont know how compliant it will be within those countries. But in the us they to a certain degree they are very compliant because hey. Its the us.
Its like one of their biggest markets. So yes so just letting you know thats an extreme method. But i would highly recommend you trying this live method first um.
