We’re’re gonna be going over how to verify your epic games account so basically your account if you want to verify that that’s what we’re gonna be getting into in this video right here. So let’s go ahead and jump right on into it how to verify your fortnight account or your epic games account so what we’re gonna do the first thing is we’re gonna head on over to epic games calm that’s what i have opened in.

So let’s go on over to our sign and up here in the upper right corner and we’re gonna click on that and then we come to this screen and that’s where you’re gonna enter your sign in information so depending on the platform you’re on how you’re gonna sign in right here pc. You just put in your info like normal if you’re on playstation xbox. The switch well you have your options here to sign in using your account on those platforms.
So i’m gonna go ahead and sign in on my account first and then i’m gonna show you what we’re gonna be doing next all right so now as you can see i’m signed in on my epic games. Account. And it brought me back to this page right here.
But you can see i’m sign in because in the upper right corner you see it says my name there.
And i also have these two options now account and sign out so what you’re gonna want to do now is you’re gonna want to select account. So let’s go ahead and we’ll click on that right now okay. So once you click on that it’ll bring you to this page.
Right. Here. Where you’ll have personal info.
Payments and so forth going down on the left.
And at the top here. You have your personal information now. I’ve already verified my account and there’s no way for me to actually go back and unverified to show you what its gonna look like if you have verified and it look a little different if you have not verified your account and i’m gonna go ahead and put an image up right now which i’ll show you what you’re gonna see so.
What you’re gonna see is a little box like this a yellow box. Which says verify your fortnight account and at the end of the box you’ll have some text which you can click. Which says click here to resend so what you’re gonna want to do is you’re gonna want to click on that and once you click on that next.
What you’re gonna want to do is you’re gonna want to go over to your email address you’re gonna log into your account whatever it may be and then you’re gonna look for the email that they’re supposed to send you now this email can take a little bit of time for it to arrive.
So if it doesn’t happen right away. Give it a little bit of time. And also be sure to check the spam folder for your email because sometimes it can be sent to the spam folder automatically depending on your email address certain ones do end up doing that email services.
So what i’m gonna do now is i’m actually gonna go ahead. And show you the steps here. So we’ve logged into our account and right here.
It says your email needs to be verified.
Because how do i verify my email address. You know it mentions you should. See the notification at the top of the screen.
Here and a page with the link to resend the verification. Email and you’re gonna want to click on that link. So.
Let me go over to my email now and this was what my verification.
Looked like when i first did in which was quite a while ago. If you look at the date for this this was actually let’s see i believe this was about a year ago. Now so it was a long time ago that i actually did this myself.
So this is what it looks like once you’ve created your account. And you’ve got everything good to go you get an email. With this link right here a button.

Verify your email and clicking on that will take you to the verification. Page. All you have to do is click on it and that’s it that verifies it for your account.
So you’re gonna check her inbox and you should have something with a button like this and like i said give it a little bit of time it could take upwards of like 30 minutes. These things aren’t always instant. Sometimes it does take a little bit of time depending on their servers.
So just give it a little bit of time instead of continuously like clicking the button.
Saying. Resend rison rison. Because you’re not getting it so give it some time give it i’d say at least 30 minutes maybe an hour.
If you want to wait an hour. I think an hour would actually be better so give it some time and then check your inbox later. And you should have the email.
There and once you click on it.
All you have to do is press. The button that says verify your email and that’s it you’ve verified your account now going back to the other page. It says that as well it says click the link in the email.
