Because my internet is making me very angry right now so for those of who tried to join the stream earlier much appreciate it and i really wanted to stream with you guys for the community event. Sadly my isp for whatever reason.
I m i m not gonna say it s nefarious. I don t think they re purposely trying to do this i think that they are overloaded because they have so much pete i should say so many people trying to use the internet at the same time because everyone s on quarantine..
I mean what else what else you gonna do watch netflix watch youtube of course. So i think so many people are on it that it s just killing it and i can t stream. I literally can t stream. I will stream for five minutes and then all of a sudden my internet just draw either completely fails and i just lose connection or it slows down to the point where it is just buffering for you guys now i m gonna show you guys exactly what i m talking about so let me show you this.
I m gonna run an internet speed test for you this is literally five minutes after i tried to stream and it just failed now i m supposed to be getting about 800. So i m getting 400..
Which is plenty enough speed. I didn t get the gigabit package. Because i wanted the speed the download speed. I wanted the upload speed but look at that my my upload is crazy look at i m getting 454 down.
And i m getting 37 up i mean i ve seen it as high as 45 up and i m not even i m not even trying to stream at that speed. I m trying to stream at 10..
I want to give it as much room as possible so i m only streaming at 10 up and i still can t do it i still can t upload at 10 megabits so this is a frustrating and i want to let you guys know until this quarantine is over it s probably no gonna be no more streams. Because i can t i don t want to put you guys through all of that of trying to and then me spending. The first 15 minutes trying to set it up and just what because it s not streaming so quick video. I know it s a little bit of a complaint.
I just wanted to actually make an explanation for you guys on why this is not working. I mean..
This is i will test it and i will test it over and over and over and over and over and i ll keep getting something similar to these results. But then when i go to stream. I get about five minutes and then it is just done it just gives up so i don t know what it is but i cannot hold a consistent upload speed it is crazy so sorry about the complaint and sorry i can t stream for a little while until this whole quarantine thing is over. But we ll get there i promise we ll get ” .
